This conversation gives us a chance to talk through what you are seeing in your school or district and consider whether this work fits what you are trying to build.

There is no pitch and no pressure to decide. The goal is clarity.

What this conversation is for

Some leaders come to this conversation clear about what they want to do and how they want to do it. Others come knowing something is not holding and wanting a chance to think it through.

We use this time to:

  • Understand your context and constraints

  • Name what is already in place and where it is breaking down

  • Think together about what kind of support would be useful

  • Decide whether it makes sense to move forward, and if so, how

Sometimes the answer is yes. Sometimes the timing is not right yet. Either way, the goal is clarity.

What to expect

The conversation typically lasts 30 to 45 minutes, but we’ll reserve an hour so we’re not rushing.

You do not need to prepare anything formal. Conversation alone is enough.

It helps to come ready to share:

  • What prompted you to reach out

  • What you are hoping will feel different

  • What your staff is currently carrying

  • Any timelines or non negotiables you are working within

You will leave with a clearer sense of next steps, whether that is working together or not.
