At TGS Educational Consulting, everything we create is designed to be useful, practical, and ready for real classrooms. If something you purchased is not helping you or your team, we want to make it right.
Digital Downloads
Digital products such as templates, checklists, guides, and kits are delivered instantly. Because these items cannot be returned, all sales of digital downloads are final. If you experience trouble accessing a file or believe you received the wrong version, contact us and we will send a corrected file right away.
Physical Products
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, let us know within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the damaged or missing items at no cost to you. Photos of the damaged items help us process your request quickly.
If you decide a physical product is not a good fit for your school, you may return it unused within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund for the product cost. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Workshops and Services
Registrations for workshops, coaching, or professional learning services may be canceled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. After that point, cancellations are not refundable, though you are welcome to transfer your registration to a colleague at any time. If a session is canceled by us for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
