About TGS Educational Consulting: Heartfelt help for school success
Heartfelt help for school success.
If you lead a school or district, you are making hard decisions every day with limited time, incomplete information, and a lot of people counting on you. You are trying to support students, protect staff capacity, and meet expectations that do not always line up with one another.
This work is about making those decisions feel more manageable. About building systems that hold up in real schools, with real people, on real days.

What guides our work
At TGS Educational Consulting, we focus on professional learning that respects the reality of schools.
That means starting with what already exists, naming what is not working, and designing supports that people can actually use. It means paying attention to how systems feel, not just how they look on paper. And it means being honest about the limits schools are working within.
Our work often centers on PBIS, behavior support planning, CICO, ADHD inclusive practices, and educator wellness. Not as separate initiatives, but as connected parts of the same system shaping daily experience for students and adults.
Strong systems do not eliminate hard moments. They make those moments easier to navigate without asking individuals to carry everything on their own.
How our support shows up
There is no off the shelf version of this work.
Each engagement is shaped around your people, your priorities, and your constraints. We design learning experiences that are practical, paced, and focused on what can actually be implemented.
That often includes:
Clear structures that lower cognitive load
Tools that make expectations visible and usable
Time to think together about what will realistically hold
Follow through that helps teams move from planning to practice
The goal is not to add more. The goal is to make what you are already doing work better.
Readiness and alignment
Most of the schools and districts we work with are not deciding whether professional learning matters. They are deciding what kind of work to commit to, and how to do it in a way that holds up over time.
This work fits best when there is shared readiness to build systems, not just run sessions, and to give the time and attention needed for that work to take root in daily practice.
If you are still exploring whether this kind of work is a priority, this may not be the right moment. We care about that alignment, for your sake and for ours.
What schools say
Better Learning Environments
With the right support and resources, school and district leaders create learning spaces that are truly inclusive, warm, and responsive, not just for students, but for the educators who serve them.
Behavior Interventions That Work
Effective behavior interventions require shared leadership, with students at the center. Because everything we create together reflects your team’s hearts, minds, and values, you’ll implement a plan that works and fits within your school or district’s available resources.
Professional Learning That Sticks
Whether through an online course or on-site learning, you’ll leave with strategies you can immediately apply. Enjoy learning you can act on with confidence, alongside your team, in ways that align with your values.
Stronger School Communities
When professional learning fosters belonging, respect, and care, the entire school community benefits. Expect better collaboration, communication, and teamwork, leading to stronger relationships and improved outcomes for students and staff.
Lasting Change
Together, we address real challenges and constraints, creating meaningful, lasting improvements in student outcomes, school climate, and overall learning culture.
TGS Educational Consulting Delivers Real Results
Expect to see positive, warm, and inclusive learning environments. Rediscover the power of data. Build behavior interventions that truly align with your values. Engage in professional learning that equips you to lead, grow, and make a lasting impact.
Transform. Grow. Succeed.
Continuing the conversation
When this work fits, the next step is usually straightforward. Most schools either spend some time with the PBIS and behavior support resources, or they reach out to talk through their context and what they are trying to build.
Both paths lead to the same place. Clarity about whether this is the right work, at the right time.
