How to Build Inclusive Classrooms for Students with ADHD This June

If you’re looking for meaningful professional development this summer, I invite you to join me for what might be the only in-person opportunities in June to explore how we can create more inclusive classrooms for students with ADHD. These are two of my most requested sessions, focusing on practical strategies, real connection, and thoughtful reflection.

Why These Workshops Are Worth Your Time

I get it—professional development sessions aren’t always exciting, but that’s because you attended someone else’s. If you’ve attended one of my workshops before, you know I prioritize real learning, meaningful connection, and practical solutions. Whether you’re someone who thinks best through group discussions or prefers quiet reflection, these sessions are thoughtfully designed to support how you learn best. Plus, we’ll always have snacks, engaging activities, and resources you can immediately use in your school.

Practical Strategies Grounded in Research

We’ll tackle real classroom challenges to build inclusive classrooms for students with ADHD. This isn’t theory without practice. I’ve reviewed over 100 peer-reviewed studies on ADHD, covering strategies from enhancing working memory to optimizing classroom climate and physical activity. We’ll translate this research into easy-to-use, actionable tools for your classroom. (Fun fact: one of my favorite studies even includes mechanical horses!)
